Pieter began his professional career at Bain & Company, where he worked primarily in the Private Equity group. There, he advised on various M&A and financing transactions, while also supporting funds and corporates in developing their investment strategies and sourcing new investment opportunities.
Outside of work, he is passionate about sports, music, and food. He enjoys going for a run or bike ride, playing football, tennis or padel, and spending time skiing, surfing, or hiking in the mountains. In the evenings, you can often find him at a concert or discovering a new restaurant.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business and Information Systems Engineering from KU Leuven, with exchange semesters at the University of Hong Kong and Copenhagen Business School. During his studies, he developed a strong passion for investing through internships at CVC, Waterland and 3dinvestors.
