Our Graduate Programme is designed for people who want to understand both sides of private equity: how deals are made and how companies are built. You start close to the Investment Team, then move into one of our LV8 platforms to gain hands-on operational experience.
Job Description
A 12-month journey across investment and operations. First, you work on sourcing, due diligence and modelling with the Strada Investment Team. Then, you join one of our LV8 platforms in a junior CoS / M&A role, working directly with founders and management teams.
