Valérie supports the management team at Strada Partners as Executive Assistant and Office Manager.
Valérie began her career in the hospitality sector, where she progressed into management roles and developed hands-on leadership and operational experience. She subsequently joined a large retailer as Assistant Store Manager. She later moved into the technology and startup ecosystem, holding senior customer operations roles at Deliverect and Gorilla, where she built and led international teams focused on scaling customer success and operational processes.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, friends and family, staying active through swimming and boxing, and discovering new restaurants.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Postgraduate degree in Mediation from the University of Antwerp.
