Sigrid leads Talent and Leadership initiatives at Strada Partners. Sigrid coordinates the LV8 platform and works with both the internal team and portfolio companies to build leadership capabilities and scalable people foundations.
Sigrid brings extensive experience in talent management, leadership development and human capital strategy. Prior to joining Strada, she served as Chief People Officer at LIVEKINDLY Collective and held senior people and leadership roles at Gartner, Campbell’s and Abbott Vascular.
Outside of work, she is passionate about personal development and coaching, enjoys reading and travelling, and values time with her family and pets.
She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Ghent University and an Executive Master in Change from INSEAD.
