Rik is an investment manager at Strada Partners.
Prior to joining Strada, Rik gained extensive experience in investment banking and M&A advisory, spending four years at Rothschild & Co and three years at EY. Across these roles, he was involved in more than 20 completed transactions, with a particular focus on Software, IT Services, Healthcare and Business Services. Selected transactions he has worked on include Cheops, Geodynamics, Manuchar, Ugentec, Univercells Technologies and World of Talents.
Outside of work, Rik enjoys staying active through running, cycling and other sports. He is passionate about travel, whether to the mountains for skiing or to explore new cuisines and cultures.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Engineering from KU Leuven and a Master’s in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School, and completed part of his studies in Montpellier, France. He is fluent in Dutch, French and English.
